Dhuli Masoor Dal

This one is also known as red lentil. The skinned version of this dal comes with brown skin that has been removed and so it is called as dhuli dal. It is one of my favorite lentils and is very easy to cook. I just love flavors of this dal with garlic and curry leaves.
